We have 10 days Return policy, which means you can Return the product within 10days.

Acceptance within 48 hrs of replacement. Customers must provide an unboxing video of the product. Upon safe return to shiprachopra Officials, enjoy a hassle-free 100% refund will be credit in customer bank account within 5-7 working days (Return is only applicable if the product is damage otherwise there is no return or refund possible) if the product is damage you can contact us within 5 working days so we’ll inspect the damage product and will provide you the either refund or replacement will be done within 5-7 working day.
